I certainly fell off the band wagon of journaling, these past several months. To all my readers, I sincerely apologize. Lots of catching up to do, I suppose. So, I’ll just jump right into it.

I’m now a licensed registered nurse, here in California. And if you’ve been following me, you’d know that I transferred my license from Illinois. Hello again, my name is Scott.

I landed here in San Diego, closer towards the end of April. And I really just started my nursing career in the beginning of September. With that said, let me tell you, it was a long transition. The set backs were endless; settling in, finding the right niche, licensing, etc.  And in all honesty, I believe I’m still sinking it all in.

Currently, I work in psych. My first nursing job ever. How do I feel about it?…well, let’s just say it can be a stressful job. But those posts will have to come at a different time.

In the end, I need put structure back into my life. A sense of backbone. Back to journaling it is.

Be Back Soon…

My nursing professor once said that keeping a journal, over time, will allow me to see growth. In myself? I’m not sure yet. I’m hoping. I like to believe that nursing school saved my life. Maybe I’ll have some fun doing this. Cheers.
